Welcome to the Solutions Console! From here you'll have access to all of the modules available to your organization.
Each organization will have at least one Org Admin, who'll be able to:
View which modules the organization has access to.
Manage new and existing members, their invite status and the permissions they have been granted.
Edit their company profile.
The Org Admin assigns members to their appropriate Teams, and each Team has access to it's own set of Permission Categories, which are made up of individual Permissions.
We'll help you get started by setting up your Teams and Permissions for you during your onboarding, and will provide a link to your login portal.
Some email servers include cybersecurity measures that may attempt to block your login invitations or the links they contain.
If this is the case with your organization, we recommend whitelisting the email address the invitations are sent from (http://authentication.transfixmail.com/).
Another option is to enable Single Sign-On for the Transfix Solutions Console. Transfix utilizes the access management services provided by Stych; we’ll set up the connection and your IT department handles the workforce IdP application.
